We are a private limited company, referred to as "we", "us" or "our" throughout these terms and conditions.

Our Site is operated for the purpose of providing general information about the problem of illegal tobacco in the United Kingdom, including both non duty paid cigarettes and counterfeit tobacco-based products.

Our Site is accessible worldwide to anyone with internet access and made available free of charge.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Every time you wish to access our Site, please check these terms and conditions to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. Change of these terms and conditions will be made by us posting a new and modified version of these terms and conditions on our Site.

We reserve the right to update our Site from time to time to reflect the needs of the users of our Site and for our business priorities, in which case we will try to notify you on our Site.

Your use of the Site

You are only permitted to access our Site if you are over the age of 18. We may require registration by users before allowing access to our Site.

Limitation of Liability

Whether you are a consumer or a business user, nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Severability

Dispute resolution

Please note that these terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. We both agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, their subject matter or their formation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts, except that you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
